To give you a glimpse of the people behind the curtains, each month we'll be interviewing a different member of the BLE Team. This month, we talked to recently promoted Headbox Team Leader Ashley Kelly.

Ashley joined BLE nearly 4 years ago, working in the Headbox Assembly Department, as well as travelling to site to help with installation projects. Now, with ample experience under his belt, as well as having completed numerous CNC machinery training courses, Ashley has been promoted to Headbox Team Leader.

“My new role involves overseeing the headbox assembly - coordinating day-to-day production, as well as identifying training opportunities for the team” explains Ashley. “I really enjoy working with everyone at BLE & I’m excited for the further developments we have planned”.
