To give you a glimpse of the people behind the curtains, each month we'll be interviewing a different member of the BLE Team. This month we talked to Production Manager Andrew Martin.

Despite only joining BLE six months ago, Andrew has quickly become an essential part of the team - overseeing the various production processes, as well as planning daily production schedules. He is also responsible for helping to optimize manufacturing processes and eliminate wastage, helping BLE to run more efficiently.

“Every day presents new challenges, but I enjoy rising to whatever challenges come our way” says Andrew, adding, “We have a great team of people here at BLE, which allows us to react to our customers’ needs.”  Outside of work, Andrew is a keen golfer - with a handicap of six, and also enjoys spending time with friends & family.
