Trend Construction were appointed to refurbish the WeWork building at 155 West Street, Sandton. The building has been meticulously re-crafted and expertly refurbished, resulting in a building with both form and function. The building is home to multiple private and open-plan office spaces each of which lends a modern feel to this prestigious address in the heart of Sandton, Johannesburg.

A building of this standing demands an elegant, yet compliant fire safety strategy. BLE Smoke & Fire Curtains were the natural choice to deliver on the strategy..

In collaboration with exclusive distribution partner, Fire Serve, BLE were commissioned to manufacture 30 Smoke and Fire curtains required to protect the building. A total of 300 linear meters of installed curtain was comprised of 17 x SC1 Automatic Smoke Curtains at large widths and 13 x FC2 Automatic Fire Curtains, all of which were installed by Firebrand Air.
