KINGS AVENUE MALL

Kings Avenue Mall is an impressive full concept shopping mall ideally located in the heart of central Paphos convenient for both local residents and tourists. It’s a state of the art commercial building that has been developed by a joint venture, Athiari Commercial Ltd (Paphos), and is one of the largest commercial developments on the island of Cyprus. The total investment exceeded the amount of €170 million and offers visitors the ultimate shopping experience.

It is a modern architectural design with a stylish interior layout and a vast selection of shops. It comprises of two underground basements for parking and two floors for shopping, leisure, entertainment and services.

BLE in conjunction with our local partners from Caromandani were asked to design and install fire curtains to be discrete yet provide protection to the buildings and within the requirements of international standards. The design included the prevention of smoke spread from floor to floor through the integral lightwells in the floors; demise line protection to the anchor stores as well as protection of the glazing in the underground car parks.
