ÇIFTÇi TOWERS

Located on one of the key arteries of Istanbul, Çiftçi Towers provides a boutique living experience, developed to cater for refined tastes.

Two sophisticated 45 storey towers were thoughtfully designed to satisfy the needs of every one of its 288 residences, with many of the apartments offering flow-through layouts with multiple exposures and 260 degrees sweeping views of magnificent Istanbul. The first 10 floors of the towers are designed as independent offices with a 39.500 square metre shopping centre beneath providing world leading brands and high quality restaurant options.

Working in partnership with experienced distributor Protek Muhendislik, BLE supplied Çiftçi Towers with 75 x SC1 Smoke Curtains as part of the smoke containment strategy for all the atrium areas of the shopping centre on the first three floors of the building.

Speaking of the project, Niyazi Eren and Ridvan Adakoy - Protek’s Sales Managers have said that “BLE gave us very good commercial and technical support providing us with the required technical drawings to make sure that the installation ran smoothly and without any problems.”
